Payment handling is 2.9% payment processor (Stripe / PayPal / Square) + 1% MrStubs secure payment handling, per order. Processor rates are illustrative. Reserved seating orders carry the seating schedule instead. MrStubs never touches or processes your ticket money — payments go straight to your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account.

Credits never expire. PAYG reference $0.99 / ticket is the published pay-as-you-go rate. Savings are shown vs $0.99 pay-as-you-go — payment handling (3.9% + $0.30 per order) is identical on both plans. Volume above 20,000 gets a custom quote.

Pricing, answered.

What's the difference between Prepay and Pay-as-you-go?
Prepay buys ticket credit up front on a volume ladder — the more you buy, the lower the per-ticket rate, and credits never expire. Pay-as-you-go bills you a flat rate per ticket as each one sells, with nothing paid in advance. Same toolset either way — only the billing differs.
What if I buy credits and don't use them?
Credits never expire. Use them across multiple events whenever you're ready. Auto-top-up is opt-in only — we will never surprise-charge you.
What about payment handling and processing fees?
Every order carries payment handling of 3.9% + $0.30 — that's 2.9% to your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Square) plus 1% MrStubs secure payment handling. It's identical on both Prepay and Pay-as-you-go. We never touch your ticket money; payouts go straight to your own processor account.
Is there a free trial?
Better — your first 50 tickets are free, on every event. No trial, no card on file, no catch. Run a real event and pay nothing on the first 50.
How does reserved-seating pricing work?
Reserved-seating orders carry $3 + 2.1% per registration — the 2.1% replaces the standard 1% on those orders, for 5.0% total payment handling. Everything else in the base plan stays flat on both billing modes.
What if my event is canceled?
Refunds are handled through your payment processor. We don't hold funds, so refunds happen immediately on your processor's timeline.
What about volume above 20,000 tickets?
Volume above 20,000 credits gets a custom quote — that's our best rate. Enterprise needs (SSO, dedicated infrastructure) are quoted the same way. Talk to us.
