How does MrStubs pricing work?

MrStubs charges per ticket sold — no monthly subscription, no setup fee. Free events are free. For paid events, the first 50 tickets are on us, then you pay a flat per-ticket fee starting at $0.40 (Essential prepaid). Choose Prepay for the lowest rate or Pay-As-You-Go for no commitment. Stripe / PayPal / Square processing fees go straight to your processor account — we never touch your money.

Questions we get a lot

What if I buy credits and don't use them?

Credits never expire. Use them across multiple events whenever you're ready. Auto-top-up is opt-in only — we will never surprise-charge you.

Can I switch tiers between events?

Yes. Each event can be on a different tier. Run an Essential event one week and a Pro event the next.

What about payment processing fees?

Stripe, PayPal, and Square charge their standard fees (~2.9% + $0.30) directly. We never touch your money — it goes straight from buyer to your processor account.

Is there a free trial?

Better — your first 50 paid tickets are free, on every tier. Run a real event and pay nothing on the first 50.

What if my event is canceled?

Refunds are handled through your payment processor. We don't hold funds, so refunds happen immediately on your processor's timeline.
