01Start from the event page
Most ticket buying on MrStubs begins on a dedicated event page. That page should show the event image, name, date, location, and the main purchase action before you reach checkout.
If an organizer shared a direct link or QR code, use that page instead of hunting for the event somewhere else.
02Choose the right ticket type
Read the available ticket choices carefully before continuing. Some events offer multiple tiers, bundles, or reserved seating. Pick the option that matches the event access you actually want.
- Look at the ticket name and price first.
- Check any short description or availability note under the ticket.
- If the event has reserved seating, expect an extra seat-selection step before payment.
03Use the event page as your source of truth
If you have questions about timing, venue, hotel offers, or event policies, check the event page before you pay. The public page is designed to answer the basic questions before checkout starts.
