01Check your confirmation email first
After a successful purchase, MrStubs sends a confirmation to the email you used at checkout. That message is the fastest way to confirm the order number, event details, and next steps.
02Use your account for history
If you have a buyer account, open /user/my-orders or My Tickets to review recent purchases and ticket access. That helps when you need to re-open an older event or verify what you bought.
03If the receipt does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folders, confirm the email address you entered during checkout, and then sign in to your account if you have one. If the charge went through but you still cannot find the receipt, contact support with the event name and purchase details.
