Send a ticket to someone else when the event allows it. Covers what the recipient needs and what happens on your end.

01Start from the ticket you own

Open My Tickets and find the ticket you want to transfer. If transfer is available for that event, the ticket details flow will provide the option to send it to another person.

02Send the transfer carefully

Use the recipient's correct email address and confirm you are transferring the correct ticket. Once the transfer starts, the recipient usually needs the transfer link or email to finish the process.

  • Double-check the recipient address before sending.
  • Tell the recipient to look for the transfer email or link.
  • Wait for confirmation before assuming the ticket changed hands.

03If transfer is not available

Some organizers may limit transfers for specific events, ticket types, or timing windows. If you do not see the transfer option, contact the organizer or support instead of trying to share the same QR code manually.
