These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MrStubs websites, checkout flows, organizer tools, staff tools, mobile experiences, and related services.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding agreement, to create an account and use the platform.

MrStubs provides ticketing, event operations, guest management, and related commerce tools. We provide the platform infrastructure; event organizers remain responsible for the events they publish and operate.

• Hosted event pages, ticket sales, and digital ticket delivery
• Payments, refunds, check-in, scanning, seating, and reporting workflows
• Communication and operational tools for organizers, staff, and attendees

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use accurate registration details and keep them current
• Protect passwords, devices, and session access
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity

Organizers are responsible for event accuracy, venue compliance, fulfillment, attendee communications, and honoring applicable refund and entry policies.

• Provide complete and truthful event details
• Comply with applicable laws, permits, venue rules, and payment obligations
• Honor sold tickets, communicated policies, and required attendee support

Ticket purchases are processed through supported payment providers. Pricing, fees, refund treatment, transfer rules, and payout timing may depend on the event configuration, market, and payment method.

• Tickets may be limited, timed, non-transferable, or subject to organizer rules
• Refund eligibility follows applicable organizer policy, platform policy, or legal requirements
• Failed, pending, disputed, or fraudulent payments may delay or cancel access

You may not use MrStubs to abuse the platform, other users, or event operations.

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment use, impersonation, or counterfeit tickets
• Bots, scraping, unauthorized resale, system interference, or security attacks
• False event listings, misleading content, spam, malware, or illegal activity

MrStubs and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, branding, and protected materials. You retain rights to the content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, display, process, and operate that content within the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. MrStubs is not responsible for organizer actions, venue failures, third-party outages, or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify MrStubs for claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your events, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or if continued access is legally or operationally inappropriate. We may also update these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve.
