01Open My Tickets

Use /my-tickets or the My Tickets link in the site header when you are signed in. That page is the main hub for viewing current tickets, opening QR codes, and checking ticket status.

02Use the ticket page at the door

Each ticket has its own ticket page where you can show the QR code and confirm the event details. When wallet passes are available, you can add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet directly from the ticket experience.

  • Open the QR code before you reach the entrance line.
  • Turn your screen brightness up if scanning seems slow.
  • Keep the ticket page or wallet pass open until the scan succeeds.

03Know what ticket status means

A valid ticket is ready to scan. A scanned ticket has already been used. If the status does not look right, confirm you opened the correct ticket and then contact the organizer or support if needed.
