Account access and missing tickets

Recover your account, reset your password, and find your tickets when they don't show up where you expect. Most issues have a quick fix.

01Start with the email address you actually used

If you cannot find your tickets after signing in, first confirm you are using the same email address you used during checkout. Many ticket-access issues come from logging into the wrong account rather than from missing tickets.

02Use the password reset flow when needed

Open /forgot-password if you need to reset your password. After you regain access, return to My Tickets or My Orders to confirm whether the purchase is attached to that account.

03If tickets still do not appear

Check your confirmation email, confirm the event was purchased successfully, and try the direct ticket or order links from the confirmation. If the charge exists and the tickets still do not appear, contact support with the event name and the email used for purchase.

Do not create duplicate orders

If you are unsure whether the first purchase went through, check your email and payment history before buying again. Duplicate orders are harder to unwind than a temporary access issue.
