01Use Orders for purchase questions

Open /organizer/orders when you need to review payments, attendee names, order records, and the customer side of what has already sold. This is the right place for most after-sale troubleshooting.

02Use the event workspace for event-specific operations

If you need context tied to a specific event, open that event from /organizer/events. The event workspace is where you can move between editing, attendees, staff, ticketing details, and event-day tools.

  • Use Orders for cross-event order review.
  • Use the event workspace for event-specific operations and add-ons.
  • Use support when an issue crosses account, billing, or platform boundaries.

03Keep buyer communication practical

When a buyer cannot find a receipt, needs help with a ticket, or asks about event specifics, the fastest response usually comes from confirming the order record first and then pointing them to My Tickets, ticket links, or the event page.

Support shortcut

If the issue is operational, check the order and attendee record first. If the issue is account-wide or technical, send the buyer to support after you confirm the basics.
